I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) based in New Jersey. My work focuses on supporting clients explore the unseen forces that shape their relationships and inner worlds—from unconscious patterns formed in the past to the dynamics embedded in family, culture, and society. I work with individuals and couples to peel back layers of struggle, uncovering how old wounds, unspoken narratives, and relational cycles perpetuate disconnection or self-doubt . Through this process, we create space to dissolve shame, mend fragmented parts of the self, and cultivate relationships grounded in safety and mutual growth.
Guided by curiosity and creativity, I help clients transform stagnation into momentum. Art serves as both a mirror, reflecting truths too complex for words alone, and a compass, pointing toward healing and wholeness. Blending dialogue, embodied reflection, and expressive techniques, my approach empowers you to reclaim your narrative, repair relational ruptures, and live with greater alignment and authenticity.
How Art Therapy Works
As a registered art therapist (LMFT, ATR), I blend creative expression with therapeutic insight to help you uncover the hidden layers of your experiences. Art becomes a bridge between your inner world and the stories that feel too complex, painful, or ambiguous to name aloud. In sessions, we may use art directives to:
Externalize shame or stuck emotions, giving them shape outside of yourself.
Explore patterns that words alone may not fully capture.
Reclaim agency by transforming abstract struggles into tangible, workable forms.
No artistic skill is needed—this is about process, not perfection. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or a search for deeper self-understanding, art therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space to reconnect with your voice and rewrite limiting narratives.

Couples Therapy
Relationships thrive when both partners feel seen and understood. Drawing from Imago and systems therapy, I help couples:
Communicate with empathy, not frustration
Break cycles of repetitive arguments
Reconnect with lost intimacy and joy
Heal past hurts as a team
No blame, no shame—just a safe space to rediscover your strengths as a couple.
Group Therapy
A safe, non-judgmental space to explore your story alongside others on similar journeys. Group therapy uniquely blends self-discovery with community healing, helping you feel seen, heard, and less alone. Some benefits include:
Shared experiences that foster connection, belonging, and mutual growth.
Opportunities to understand relational patterns through group dynamics—learning to give and receive support, set boundaries, and witness others’ growth.
Art-based interventions to bypass “talk-only” barriers, express the unspeakable, and reconnect with creativity.
No art experience needed — this is about process, not perfection.
